Man And Fish Create Special Bond Over 25 Year Long Relationship

A local diver of Japan’s Tateyama Bay, named Hiroyuki Arakawa, has built an extraordinary relationship over the course of two decades with an Asian sheepshead wrasse named Yoriko.


Hiroyuki Arakawa has been tasked with looking after a sacred shrine called a Shinto, guiding anyone who wishes to visit the watery sanctuary.

In his time below the surface he has built a very special bond with Yoriko, the most touching aspect of which is his customary greeting in the from of a kiss…
